Admitted in 2016, Lochlann is a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia. 

He specialises in property, general commercial and business law, and has a wealth of experience in property transactions involving both freehold and leasehold property.

He has advised clients in relation to property acquisitions and disposals, off-the-plan sales and development, leasing (retail, commercial and industrial), ownership and development structuring and finance. He also regularly advises on business structures, business sales and purchases, partnerships, joint ventures, asset protection and shareholder/unitholder agreements.

Lochlann holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Media Studies.

He strives to deliver meaningful outcomes for stakeholders, navigating legal requirements through his commercial and practical knowledge and business advice.

He is passionate about community, and has served as the Secretary for the Old Carey Grammarians Football Club since 2017.
